1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SubBuddy (the "Service"), a subscription management application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the Service.
2. Accounts
When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.
3. Use of Service
SubBuddy grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your personal, non-commercial use, strictly in accordance with these Terms.
- For any unlawful purpose or in any way that interrupts, damages, impairs or renders the Service less efficient.
- To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail", "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
- To impersonate or attempt to impersonate SubBuddy, a SubBuddy employee, another user, or any other person or entity.
- In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful, or in connection with any unlawful, illegal, fraudulent, or harmful purpose or activity.
- To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone’s use or enjoyment of the Service, or which, as determined by us, may harm or offend SubBuddy or users of the Service or expose them to liability.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the subscription data you input into the Service. SubBuddy is not responsible for any errors or omissions in the data you provide.
4. Subscriptions and Payments
Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis ("Subscription(s)"). You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle").
At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or SubBuddy cancels it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting SubBuddy customer support.
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of SubBuddy and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion.
7. Limitation of Liability
In no event shall SubBuddy, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time.
