How to cancel 1Password
- 1Sign in to your account at my.1password.com in a web browser.
- 2Click your account name in the top right → Billing.
- 3Click Cancel Subscription or Manage Subscription.
- 4Confirm cancellation; your vault remains active until your prepaid period ends.
For 1Password Families, only the family organizer has the authority to manage billing and cancel the subscription.
