After a two-month pause on new subscriptions, Kimi relaunched its membership as Go, Plus, Pro, Max and Ultra, with Kimi Code still included rather than sold separately. Kimi says the renamed tiers kept their prices; the new plans dropped the weekly Kimi Code limit.

Kimi paused new consumer subscriptions on 19 July 2026 and said it would split Kimi Code from the main membership, a plan it later dropped.
How to cancel Kimi
- 1Sign in at kimi.com or open the app, then go to Settings → Subscription Management.
- 2Choose Cancel Auto-Renewal and confirm.
- 3If you pay through Apple or Google Play, cancel in that store's subscriptions page instead; in China, the WeChat Pay or Alipay agreement for Kimi can also be closed there.
- 4Before you stop using Kimi, delete any Kimi Claw cloud host and unpublish Agent websites, which keep spending credits, and turn off Extra Usage.
Benefits run to the end of the paid cycle, and Kimi treats membership fees as non-refundable. There is no direct downgrade: cancel, let the plan expire, then subscribe to the lower tier.

Kimi Code shares one monthly credit pool with everything else in the membership, from Deep Research to slides and the Claw agent, so a busy month of other features can lock you out of coding until the refresh, and credits do not roll over. The new plans dropped the weekly coding limit but kept a rolling five-hour one. In China the cheapest ¥49 Go tier does not include Kimi Code at all, while every international tier does. Some features keep spending while you are away: a Kimi Claw cloud host takes about 0.6% of your credits every day until you delete it.

No trial was shown on the pricing pages in October 2026. Kimi's payment help still describes trials that convert to a paid plan if not cancelled, so read the checkout screen.

Is Kimi Code sold separately?
No. Kimi Code is a benefit of the membership, from Plus upwards in China and on every international tier. Kimi said in July 2026 that it would split Code into its own product, then relaunched the membership in September with Code still included.
Why did my Kimi Code quota run out before the month ended?
Because the membership has one monthly credit pool. Deep Research, slides, the Claw agent and Kimi Code all draw from it, and the high-speed coding model uses about three times as much. Check the usage page, and switch off Extra Usage if you do not want overflow to spend that wallet.
