With Ads rose from $6.99 to $7.99, Ad-Free from $9.99 to $10.99 and the Ad-Free annual plan from $95.88 to $109.99 (new subscribers from February 11, 2026, existing subscribers from March 13).

With Ads rose from $4.99 to $6.99 and Ad-Free from $8.99 to $9.99, announced in December 2024 and applied to existing subscribers from January 15, 2025.

How to cancel AMC+

1Sign in at amcplus.com and click the Settings gear in the bottom left to open Account.
2Under Subscription, select your AMC+ plan and click Cancel.
3Follow the prompts and confirm the cancellation.
4Access continues until the end of the paid period; if there is no Cancel button, you are billed through another platform and must cancel there.

What to know before you cancel

AMC+ is sold in at least six places (its own site, Apple, Google Play, Roku, Prime Video Channels, Apple TV Channels, YouTube TV and cable providers), and each one is a separate subscription, so paying twice after switching devices is common. The Ad-Free (annual) plan is prepaid and non-refundable; cancelling stops the renewal but the year runs out. Shudder, Sundance Now and IFC Films Unlimited are bundled into AMC+ rather than sold with it, so cancelling AMC+ ends those too, and a separate Shudder subscription is the only way to keep it. Prices have moved three times in under three years: the ad tier launched at $4.99 in September 2023, rose to $6.99 in January 2025 and to $7.99 in February 2026, $3 a month more than at launch. If the Cancel button is missing on amcplus.com, that is the sign you are billed elsewhere.

That access ends the day your AMC+ subscription ends; if you only want horror, a standalone Shudder subscription is separate and is not affected by cancelling AMC+.

Why can't I find the cancel button on amcplus.com?

Because you are not billed by AMC+ directly. When a subscription comes through Apple, Google Play, Roku, Amazon, Apple TV Channels, YouTube TV or a cable provider, amcplus.com shows the plan but no Cancel option. Open the subscriptions page of the store or provider that charges your card and cancel AMC+ there.
