How to cancel Apple Fitness+

1On iPhone or iPad open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions (or sign in at account.apple.com → Subscriptions).
2Select Apple Fitness+ (or Apple One, if Fitness+ comes from the Premier bundle).
3Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial) and confirm.
4A paid plan keeps working until the end of the billing period; cancelling during a free trial ends access immediately.

What to know before you cancel

The annual plan costs the same as eight monthly payments, so anyone who trains more than eight months a year should switch. Family Sharing covers up to six people at no extra cost on both the standalone plan and Apple One Premier, which makes Fitness+ one of the cheapest per-person fitness subscriptions around. An Apple Watch has not been required since iOS 16.1; any iPhone 8 or later works. Cancelling a free trial ends access immediately, unlike a paid plan, so finish the month before cancelling. Refund requests go through reportaproblem.apple.com and Apple decides case by case.
