How to cancel Calm

1Log in at calm.com in a browser and click your profile icon in the top right.
2Open Settings, then Manage Subscription.
3Click Cancel Subscription and follow the prompts.
4Access continues until the end of the paid or trial period; cancelling does not trigger a refund by itself.

Subscribed through the App Store or Google Play? Cancel there (iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Calm); Calm cannot cancel Apple-billed plans.

What to know before you cancel

Calm refunds in full within 30 days for purchases made on calm.com or Google Play, which is the safety net if the 7-day trial converts by surprise; Apple purchases must be refunded by Apple. Calm does not support Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library, so the $99.99 Family plan, sold only on the website, is the only way to share. Buying a Family plan or the $499.99 Lifetime membership does not cancel an existing App Store subscription, so people end up double-billed.
