How to cancel Apple One

1Sign in at account.apple.com and open Subscriptions (on iPhone: Settings → your name → Subscriptions).
2Select Apple One in the list of active subscriptions.
3Tap Cancel Subscription (or Cancel Free Trial); scroll down if you do not see it. A red expiry date means it is already cancelled.
4Confirm. The bundle stays active until the end of the current billing period; Apple One is always billed by Apple, so there is no third-party store to cancel in.

What to know before you cancel

Apple One only makes sense if you use at least two of its services: Apple Music alone is $11.99 and Apple TV alone is $12.99, so Individual at $19.95 undercuts that pair by $5 a month. When you join, any standalone subscriptions to the included services (except iCloud+) are cancelled automatically with prorated refunds. When you cancel, iCloud storage drops to the free 5 GB at the end of the period; nothing is deleted, but syncing and backups stop until you free space or buy storage. You can switch between Individual, Family and Premier at any time.
